These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pal Multi Store website, mobile application, and related services (collectively the "Platform"), operated by Pal Enterprises(trading as "Pal Multi Store", "we", "us", or "our"), a retail business registered in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@palmultistore.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrectly listed prices, and modify product descriptions at any time.
- Product images are representative; actual colour, texture, or packaging may vary slightly.
- Stock availability is updated regularly but not in real time; on rare occasions an item may go out of stock after your order is placed, in which case we will refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and our written confirmation by email.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
- We accept UPI, cards (credit/debit), netbanking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery may be available on select orders and pincodes.
- We may cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, non-serviceable pincode, pricing error, or stock unavailability. Any amount charged will be fully refunded.

6. User conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content (including product reviews).
- Infringe any intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without our written permission.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
7. User-generated content
When you submit a product review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove any content at our discretion without notice.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — text, images, logos, product photos, design, source code — is owned by Pal Enterprises or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pal Enterprises and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pal Enterprises and its affiliates from any claim, damages, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
